Peninsula Light Metals is gravity permanent mold aluminum foundry. Key attributes include:

• 120,000 square feet of manufacturing space
• Gravity, tilt pour and table top casting machines
• Shell core method of core production. We have two of the largest core machines made
• Three large solution heat treat ovens for precision thermal heat treatment of your castings
• 35 CNCs (mill and lathes). We completely machine 99% of all the castings we make
• Other available processing includes full part assembly, painting, powder coating, anodizing, impregnation and prototype
• 40,000 pounds combined furnace capacity
• CAD equipped pattern shop
• QS/TS certified facility and manufacturing process
• Specializing in 319, 356, and 413 aluminum alloys
