Casting Leg

At 40 in. long, this is one of the longest castings manufactured at PLM. It is made on a double cavity tool and polished to allow a powder coat paint grade one. The piece is machined with M12 threads with a maximum true position of 0.040 in. The part is used as a base on incubators for the medical industry.
